ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Oscar Reynard admits to having a fascination for
observing and deciphering human behaviour. It is this fascination and his observation of the pervasive influence
of corrupt political regimes which inspired him to write
A CLEAN PAIR OF HANDS.

British-born Oscar is a fluent speaking and committed Francophile who is interested in history and current affairs and loves literature. He likes to immerse himself in foreign cultures during his travels.

Spending long periods in France, he witnessed the media explosion of revelations which had hitherto been discussed in more muted ways during the Mitterrand and Chirac eras and which, because of apparent general acceptance of public corruption, had condoned a growing culture of individualistic emulation.

Oscar is happily married to a French wife and they share their lives and interests between the UK and France.
